If your organization could benefit from ACAD’s Public Design Service, please complete the online application form or download, print and complete the PDF version and submit it to the Alberta College of Art and Design.
Instructions on how to print and submit a paper version of the application form.
A PDF is a universal printable file format.
The ACAD Public Design Application form is available in Portable Document Format (PDF). To view the PDF document, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system, available for free download from the Adobe website.
How to print and submit your application forms
Step 1. (download)
Click on the button above to download a pdf version of the application form.
Step 2. (print)
Select File then Print in the Adobe Reader menu. Click "Print" to send the PDF file to your printer (or) click on the printer icon in the Adobe Reader toolbar if your version of Adobe Reader does not have a File menu. Please note, you will not be able to print the full document if you select File then Print in the browser menu.
Step 3. (fill in document)
Once the form is printed, answer the questions on pages 4-5 of the document. Please remember to sign and date the form.

Conditions of Application
You will be contacted in early September if your project has been selected. Each qualifying organization is asked to submit a fee of $500.00 per student assigned to the project. Depending on the amount of work requested, your project may have more than one student. Both parties (client and student designer) will sign a contract to ensure the school responsibilities have been met.

Step 1. (access online form)
Click on the button above to access the online version of the application form.
Step 2. (fill in the online form)
Answer the questions by typing in the fields of the online form. Ensure you have filled out all required fields on the questionnaire.
Step 3. (e-Submit the form)
Click the apply button at the bottom of the online form. Your form will be sent directly to the ACAD Public Design team.
